I request BBB to take up my case to refund $156 which was deducted from my deposit and advance rentals. There is no justification for this practice. Besides this, I noticed that they send moving-out expenses with vague terms to other people as well. Having all clean habits, a consistently clean house, and no kids and family, there was no possibility of any odor. The odor control expenses were absurd, vague, and inaccurate. When I moved out, the bathroom was fully cleaned. This mildew is the result of the late inspection and a closed damp room, which is not my fault. Please find the attached pictures as proof that there are absolutely no carpet stains. Carpet cleaning charges - I have taken photos on the day of my departure which were shared to the office. I have denied the charges based on the following. Despite my strong protests, they deducted 50% but still charged $156. After two months, they came up with vague terms like odor control, carpet cleaning, bathtub cleaning, etc. I had even taken the photos and shared them with the leasing office before leaving since the inspection was not done during my presence. Calibre Springs provided a list of move-out cleaning the resident is expected to complete and I had completed all the move-out formalities diligently. My house was very tidy, so I wouldn't have been charged if the inspection had been conducted before I moved out. Despite many calls and assurances, the leasing office never inspected my apartment before moving out. I moved out on and informed the leasing office about my move, 60 days before my move, as well as multiple times during the week of moving. I would like to complain against Calibre Springs over unfair/ wrong/ vague deductions made during move out.
